, it's been a very busy day starting with this morning's commute when we saw huge delays around the ben franklin parkway, because the inner drives remain closed in both directions and they are making progress, you can see the tent beginning to come down, still on the streets surrounding the parkway expect gridlock, and on the highways, sluggish traffic and jammed traffic, and the crowds are back on allegheny avenue you are dealing with over 10 minutes delays and in hopewell, township, the left lane out of commission and a bad crash that brought down a pole and wires in burlington county it's blocking route 206 at monmouth road and jackson road gets you around that and camden county a broken down vehicle in the southbound lanes of 295, they got apushed off to the side but the speeds don't look so good, 8 and 9 miles per hour as you approach route 73. lets grab the ipad, for many a back to work tuesday. along 95 northbound in ogle town headed towards 273, we'll check it again brian and sharrie in the next half hour. >> see you then. >>> we have more to come on "action news" at 4:00, edwar

ben franklin bridge as i mentioned last night was scheduled to open at 4:00 a.m. to vehicular traffic. all ramps on i-95 are open as well. some areas along the ben franklin parkway are still closed because we're actively in the cleanup process. as i'm sure all of you saw or experienced, there was a lot of infrastructure out along the ben franklin parkway. it does take some time to get all of that back in its place and get it cleaned up, but we're also used to that. all the surrounding neighborhoods though are open. parking restrictions have been completely lifted. we're also working to lift barriers also known as new jersey barriers, at private garages and remove all over event infrastructure. we expect it to be gone during the course of today. a few stats. septa reports 28,575 passengers on saturday. 34,371 on sunday on regional rail. more than 40,000 passengers were moved from center city to at&t station on the subway after the papal mass alone. as a special note, and i'm sure we'll have a little more to say about this later, septa's very successful transportati
